Peregian Beach - traditional lands of the Kabi Kabi people

 

Originally, the home’s 1970s floor plan was highly compartmentalized, sacrificing functional flow and site connection in a singular pursuit of ocean views. Seeking a lifestyle better suited for a young family, the owners envisioned an open-plan sanctuary that dissolves the barriers between the coastal horizon at the rear and a vibrant, playful front yard.
